Shipping Policy

We carefully do our best to deliver orders to you as soon as possible.
Orders placed on business days before 15:00 will be shipped the same day!
If we are unable to meet this deadline for any reason, we will certainly let you know as soon as we can.
 
Prices listed do not include shipping costs.

The Netherlands:

Delivery time: 1-2 working days 
€4.95 shipping | Free above 50,-

Belgium/Germany/France:

Delivery time: 3-4 working days.

€8.95 shipping | Free above 70,-

Norway/Sweden/Denmark/Austria:

Delivery time: 5-7 working days

€9.95 shipping | Free above 100,-

Europe / Worldwide:

Delivery time: 7-10 working days.

€18.95 shipping | Free above 150,-

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
In Europe you do not have to pay import duties.


Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your package. The amount will then be credited to you excluding shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, as well as labeled and in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons we cannot take earrings, piercings and nose accessories back unfortunately.
Personalised items cannot be returned! 

You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of returning your items to us is at your own expense.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns will not be accepted without first requesting a return.

Refunds:
Once your return has been received and accepted by us we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, it will refund the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process a refund.
